  • Email / SMS Platforms: Service providers like Twilio and GoHighLevel solely to deliver messages you have consented to receive. See Section 5 for strict limits on SMS data.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): For lead ad delivery, conversion tracking, and audience measurement where you have interacted with our ads.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

We never share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See Section 5.

4. SMS / text messaging program & opt-in details

SMS Opt-In and Consent:

By providing your mobile phone number on our website, landing page, Facebook Lead Form, or other intake form and checking the consent box that says “I agree to receive SMS messages,” you provide explicit, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to receive text messages from Accelerated Growth Scaling Agency. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Types:

Transactional: Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, verification messages, and customer service communications related to your inquiry or services.

Marketing / Promotional (only if you consent): Information about free demo runs, scaling services, special offers, marketing tips, and business growth insights.

Consent Method:

We obtain consent via website forms, Facebook Lead Forms, and other digital forms that include clear disclosure language, a separate unchecked checkbox for SMS consent, and a link to this Privacy Policy and our Terms. Each consent event is logged with timestamp, source, and IP.

5. Important — SMS opt-in data protection / no mobile information sharing

SMS Consent Privacy – Compliance Requirement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Specifically, we commit that:

  • We will NOT share your SMS opt-in consent status with any third party, affiliate, or external marketing company.
  • We will NOT share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes based on SMS consent you provided to us.
  • We will NOT sell, rent, or trade your text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, or phone numbers.
  • Your SMS consent is only shared with direct SMS service providers (such as GoHighLevel, Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages you explicitly consented to receive from us. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • This no-sharing policy applies to all text messaging originator opt-in data and consent collected by us through any method (website, Facebook Lead Ads, or other forms).

Carrier Compliance

This policy is compliant with wireless carrier requirements, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and TCPA regulations. SMS consent data is treated as sensitive and is not included in any general third-party data sharing.

6. Data security & retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to SMS opt-in records is limited to authorized personnel and compliant service providers only.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, unless a longer retention is required by law. SMS opt-in consent records, including phone number, timestamp, consent language, source, and IP, are retained for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.

7. Your rights and choices

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
  • You may opt-out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each email.
  • You may opt-out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may affect website functionality.
  • Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California, Texas), you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to exercise those rights.

8. Facebook Lead Ads

When you submit information through a Facebook Lead Ad for Accelerated Growth Scaling Agency, you provide your information directly to us and to Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy. We use the information you submit (name, email, phone, business details) to contact you about a free demo run, verify your eligibility, and schedule you if qualified. If you also provide SMS consent via the lead form, the SMS terms in Sections 4 and 5 apply. You can control your Facebook ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
