1. Services overview

We provide business scaling, lead generation, and appointment setting services. We verify and pre-qualify all prospects before scheduling them onto your calendar. We offer a free demo run for eligible businesses.

2. Free demo run terms

Free demo run is limited to qualified businesses, limited number of verified appointments, one per business, and we reserve the right to end or modify the promotion.

3. SMS program terms — full disclosure

A. Program description

Accelerated Growth Scaling Agency SMS program provides appointment-related and business scaling information via text message.

B. Messaging use cases

• Transactional: Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, verification, customer support, delivery of requested information
• Marketing (if separate consent given): Free demo run info, scaling services, offers, growth tips, webinar invitations

C. How you opt in

By providing your phone number on our website form, Facebook Lead Form, or keyword text and checking the explicit consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

D. Message frequency

Frequency varies. Transactional: 1–3 per appointment. Marketing (if opted in): up to 4 per week. Typically 2–4 total per week, and may increase during active scheduling.

E. Message and data rates disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each text message sent or received based on your wireless plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan. We are not liable for carrier charges.

F. How to opt out (STOP)

To stop receiving SMS at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message from us
• Or text STOP to 469-824-9212
• You will receive one final confirmation: “You have been unsubscribed from Accelerated Growth Scaling Agency messages. No more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help.”
• After STOP, no more SMS will be sent unless you opt in again via the website form
• For email opt-out, click the unsubscribe link

G. How to get help (HELP)

H. No sharing of SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your SMS opt-in data, consent, or phone numbers. Consent is only shared with direct SMS providers (GoHighLevel, Twilio) solely to deliver messages you consented to.

I. Carrier liability disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider or network operator and is outside our control. Carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc., but delivery is not guaranteed to all carriers or areas. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by a carrier or third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.

J. Eligibility

Must be 18+ and have a US mobile number. Consent applies only to the number you provide.

K. Changes to SMS program

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time with notice via website or SMS.

4. Client eligibility & verification

Must be 18+, authorized for the business, have capacity for clients, provide accurate info, and keep an open calendar.

5. Verification process

We verify genuine interest, ability to pay, correct contact information, and intent to show up. We cannot guarantee a close.

6. Payment & billing

After the free demo run, paid services are under a separate agreement. All prices in USD.

7. No guarantee

No earnings or revenue guarantee. Our service provides verified appointment opportunities.

8. Client responsibilities

Show up on time, provide prompt follow-up, maintain professional conduct, and keep your calendar updated.

9. Intellectual property

All content is owned by Accelerated Growth Scaling Agency.

10. Limitation of liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. Includes the carrier disclaimer for SMS.

11. Governing law

Laws of Texas, Dallas County.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms, posting them with a new effective date.
